"out of memory" error (0x8007000E) when sending e-mail

I can receive e-mail messages in Outlook 2007, but when I attempt to send, I
get a number of error messages, including most frequently, "out of memory or
systems resources. close some winodws or programs and try again."

I have done this, tried to troubleshoot every which way, including all
relevant suggestions from the community so far. Any other ideas?

I too am getting this same error. I tried re-created the profile, totally
uninstalling and reinstalling all of the MS Office suite, fixmapi.exe,
erasing all Junk and Deleted e-mail, nothing works. I support scores of users
and this is the only guy w/this issue. Wouldn't ya know he's a VP to top it
off. Has anyone found anything about this issue? The full message is as
follows:

Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server' reported error (0x8007000E) : 'Out of
memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try again.'

OK, got it. We're still not totally sure what was fouled up in my user's
profile but how we fixed this error was to basicially have the network
totally recreate his local profile by logging into an administration account
then renaming c:\documents and settings\userinquestion to olduserinquestion
then logging back on as userinquestion. The network created a completely new
userinquestion folder for him which worked 100%. All we had to do then was
grab his documents and favorites out of the old folder and we were back
online. Cheers!

You should not use scanpst.exe to scan .ost files - there is a separate
utility for that, scanost.exe.
