Outlook 2003 Beta lost data

I did not like Office 2003 Beta so I uninstalled it. When
I re-installed my original Office 2000 all my emails and
accounts were gone. These should not have dissappeared
with an uninstall should they

They probably haven't. Accounts aren't stored but everything else is in your pst file. Look for it.
