I'm having this problem with sending attachments. If I send to multiple recipients and include an attachment, most people will get winmail.dat. If I send this same email individually to the same people that didn't get the attachment properly, they get it fine.
1. I have set the default mail format to both HTML and Plain text and tested it, with the same results
2. I have gone into the Actions menu and sent the mail out as "plain Text," with the same result.
Short of uninstalling and reinstalling Office 2003, is there any solution to this problem. I need this to be working, badly! No one else I know at the company using outlook2003 is having this issue.
