Outlook 2003 and WinFax Pro

After installing WinFax Pro 10.03 (the latest version), Outlook 2003 reports an error message on quitting as confirmed by Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 823525. But that article suggests ver Wfx 10.03 solves the problem - it doesn't. Other posts elsewhere suggest Symantec is unlikley to solve the problem as "they've lost interest in WinFax"

Has anyone got any suggestions about how to solve this problem?
 
Either don't use any Outlook integration in WinFax or if you have a
second machine running an earlier version of Outlook use that with
WinFax.
