Outlook 2003 and using HTML

Hello,

I want to send out an email in Outlook 2003 that has some
html code and some embedded pictures in it. What is the
best way to cut and paste this code into an outlook
email, so that the formatting stays in tact and the
pictures can still be seen properly. When I tried doing a
regular cut and paste, the email had problems when I sent
it to my yahoo account - all the pictures appeared as
downloadable attachments when beofre they were set up as
embedded links to a web server.
