Outlook 2003 and rpd

I recently installed Outlook 2003 on a computer that is
on a network with Exchange Server 2003. When I try to
configure Outlook for the Exchange Server, I get an error
message that I cannot connect to the Exchange Server. I
then get an error related to rpc not being configured
Properly. I did verify that these services are running
