Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007 only shows images when second time reading an email

since a couple of days now, we have a problem with Outlook. When we
receive a HTML newsletter it default does not show the images, when we
want to download the images for the first time nothing happens. After
we opend the newsletter for the second time it default does not show
the images but when we download the images now it all works fine. Does
anyone know why Outlook is not showing the images the first time?

Having a similar problem - no fix yet, I've been hoping a patch would fix it
but still nothing. I open an email, right click to download images, all I
see are red Xs. I then save the email, and when i open it a second time,
images are there.
