Outlook 2003 and editing HTML format emails

Hi there,

I would like to shape one of Outlook 2003 email with external html editor.
Is this possible for example with Frontpage or some other html editor?

In questioning email is an invitation to a birthday party. Usually I don't
like html shaped emails but in this case I think it's permitted

Create a new message in Outlook, make sure its format is set to HTML.
Use your favourite HTML editor to compose the message. Display the
composed message as HTML, cut/paste into the Outlook message body.
