Outlook 2003 after update crashes

I did recently updated my Office 2003 and since then the Outlook doesn't
start right away, but takes 2-3 minutes until is ready for use. Also other
software which connects to internet (Yahoo or MSN messangers etc.) suddenly
crashes or cannot start at all. Before i did the latest update everything did
work great and fast. What's the problem? Is there bug in the update file?

was this only the last Outlook Junk Email update or ... ?
Try a new Profile if you like but I'd say this is a system problem more than
a specific Outlook issue.
