Outlook 2003 Add in Error message

After installation of Outlook 2003 on my new computer and
starting outlook I always recieve a message that states,

"c:/documents and settings/shane glass/application
data/microsoft/addins/C:/program files/microsoft
office/office11/SBCMSYNC.DLL is not a valid add it."

I get the same message if I access Tools/Options/advanced
options/Com Add-ins. There are no add ins listed to modify
or delete.

Have checked Knowledgebase for this problem and could not
find a solution. Any suggestions on how to eliminate this
message?
