Microsoft Office Outlook message

I recently installed Office 2003, including Outlook, on a
new PC. Each time I open Outlook I get the message:

'C:\Documents and Settings\Study\Application
Data\Microsoft\AddIns\C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office\SBCMSYNC.DLL' is not a valid Office Add-in.

The message also comes up when I click on the Com Add-ins
button under Tools/Other/Advanced Options. Under Com Add-
ins there is one option related to the Norton Internet
Security Anti-Spam but when I try to either add or remove
it, nothing happens. I've tried many things including
removing and reinstalling Outlook, removing and
reinstalling the Norton Internet Security. I cannot find
SBCMSYNC.DLL anywhere on the computer and the AddIns
folder is empty. Also, the folder "Office" in the above
path doesn't exist. It is called "Office11", which I
tried renaming which didn't make any difference. I
haven't experienced any problems associated with this
message, however, it's annoying and I'd like to get rid
of it. Any ideas?
