Error says: SBCMSYNC.DLL is not a valid Office Add-in

Every time I open Outlook I get this error message that says 'C:\Documents
and Settings\avelez\Application Data\Microsoft\AddIns\C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Office\Office\SBCMSYNC.DLL' is not a valid Office Add-in.

I always have to click on ok. Why do I get this message everytime?
