Hi
I have a user account set up on an xp pro pc which is
part of a small business server domain. I am having
problems with one particular account when accessed on
this machine. If the user attempts to send an e mail to a
hotmail account, as soon as the user clicks the subject
line or message text area outlook crashes. E mails to
accounts other than hotmail seem ok and any other user
logging onto this pc are not affected. The user can log
on to any other machine on the network and has no
problems. There is also an issue with a web page which
may be related. When hitting the 'contact us' link it
opens up outlook and then it crashes. Much obliged to
anyone who can help.
Regards
Willie

And what is logged to the Event Viewer?
