How do i find newsgroups through Outlook Express?
The 'help' answer to how to access newsgroups is flawed

In OE you have to add a newsgroup server account.
The MS news server is msnews.microsoft.com

Tools>Accounts>Add>News. You must know the name of an NNTP server to
specify. Many ISPs offer NNTP servers, but some don't. If yours doesn't,
there are free NNTP servers available and Google will find them for you.

For the News item in the Go menu, use Customize to add it. If you can't do
that, then see this: http://www.howto-outlook.com/faq/news.htm
