Outlook 2003 &2007 Inbox Question

I have a couple questions, first a descrip. of what I'm doing:
My real estate franchise has just been bought out by the agents (I'm the
admin) and with that we are setting up all new e-mail accounts. They had a
Pop3 account before, but the new service is an Imap account. Is there a way
to get their new e-mails to go into the Inbox under Personal Folders, to
replace that box with their new one which is showing up under a different
file, OR to set the new inbox as the default inbox?

My second question - Is there a way to automatically purge Imap deleted
messages or is the only option to go to Edit->Purge Deleted Messages?

Any help would be great!

IMAP accounts will always have their own folder sets and IMAP folders can
never be the default folders.

With Outlook 2003, no, but you can view the folders with "Hide Messages Mark
for Deletion" so you don't see them. Outlook 2007 does, I believe, have the
option of purging deleted messages, but I don't recall where the option is
and I'm not near my OL 2007 PC.
