Something has happened to either a setting or whatever.
When I open an email, like PC World, and click on a blue
address to go to that web site, it takes me to my "Locate
Link Browser" dialog box instead of taking me to that
website.
What is going on? Can anyone help?

Fix the problem by using that box to browse to your web broswer. For IE
it's usually C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe
