I am getting the message: Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook
could not access the specified folder location. The file
C:\WINDOWS\outlook.pst is not a personal folders file.

Does anyone have a fix for this?

Close Outlook, run scanpst.exe against the file until no more errors are
found. Then create a new mail profile and connect this .pst to the profile.
