How to fix error (cylcic redundancy check)

I cannot access personal folders (inbox). I get message 'unable to display
folder Microsoft outlook could not access the specified folder location. The
File C:\Document settings\my name\local settings\application
data\microsoft\outlook\\outlook.pst could not be accessed. Data error
(cyclic redundancy error)
