Hi Ed,

You need to repair the PST file (C:\Documents and settings\yourname\Local
settings\application Data\Microsoft\outlook\outlook.pst )
The repair program is called scanpst.exe and is located in the folder
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12 in your case (for Outlook 2003
users its elsewhere).

Just double click on the program / browse to your outlook.pst file and click
"Start".

Hope that helps.

Thank you for your reply, now I get a message that an unexpected error
prevented access to this file. Use a disc error checking program to check the
disc and try to run the program again. Can you help me with the disc error
program also?

Thank you

CreateWindow, thank you for your help, once I found out how to use dskchk I
was able to run Scanpst.exe and everything is working as it should. Again
