Outlook 2002

Hello,

I hope someone could help me with this problem. For a while now I wasn't able to use outlook for mail. When I click on "Send/Receive" it says: "The Operation Failed", so it doesn't send nor receive email. I'm working on Win XP.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled outlook more than one time, deleted and re-entered the email accounts and still it's not working. Does anyone have an answer to this problem??? It would be soo greatly apreciated. It used to work by the way.
