Outlook 2002

When outlook loads I get an error message imediately saying "Outlook has
encountered a pronblem and needs to close." It only ask that I let MS know
about the prob with no suggestions. Pls someone help
 
Add/remove app in control panel will list Office, and have the option to
"Detect and repair"
