Outlook 2002 won't save passwords

I'm still trying to find a solution for the password
problem! No matter many times I enter my passwords in
Tools/Email Accounts/Change, as soon as I close Outlook,
they disappear and I have to do it all over again. This
wasn't a big problem until my ISP starting requiring
authentication on all outgoing mail, but now it's a huge
pain in the neck. I have 4 e-mail accounts, so it's
extremely annoying (not to mention time-consuming).

How can I get Outlook 2002 (Windows XP) to retain
passwords when the "Save Password" option is checked?

Kim

That's the purpose of your ISP's requiring verification. Outlook cannot
remember authentication passwords. You must put them in each time. Complain
to your ISP.
