outlook 2002 won't open

i have installed outlook 2002 for my pocket pc i have never used outlook ever
be for. trying to start outlook i get an error telling me to run ie5setup.exe
from the disc or windows update because outlook requires, outlook express
4.01 or better. i run the ie5setup to find out the all the updates are
installed!! Then why am i having such a difficult time with Outlook 202

Do you have Outlook Express installed?
