OUTLOOK 2002 VERY SLOW ! when seeing emails

I installed yesterday service packs available for Office
XP PRO and when I am seeing my emails Outlook is very
slow, it is like that the program perform operations
between every email.

Try disabling Messenger integration. Tools-> Options-> tab Other.
