Outlook 2002 SP3

Every time I receive mail I get a pop up box that saya
"A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have
stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this? If this
is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should
choose "No"." Does anybody know what causes this box
to appear and how to disable it? I have run a virus
scan on the computer and there is no virus.
