Outlook 2002 & Office SP3

I have installed the Office Service Pack 3. I am using
Outlook 2002. Each time, I close an email now in outlook I
receive the following message
"A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have
stored in
Outlook. Do you want to allow this? If this is unexpected,
it may be a virus ...
I have checked my PC for Virus's Trojan's and worms and I
believe my PC is clean.
I have tried Outlook Detect & Repair.
I have found a work around -- Open Outlook a second time,
close it, and from then on the first version of outlook no
longer creates this message.
How can I get my system back to what it was prior to using
SP3 where the problem did not exist?

Another work around that is to go to tools, options, mail
format, message format, and uncheck use word. I did this
and it seems that the new update thinks word is not
allowed to access yur address book. I have other posts
on this under office, office, update if you want to view
them.
