Outlook 2002 sending error (0x8004210B) - some e-mails won't send

All of a sudden, any e-mails that I'm sending to a specific e-mail group in my address book won't send. They just sit in my outbox. I've tried downloading Windows XP SP3 and the hotfix but neither helped (actually SP3 said it couldn't install, for some reason). Any ideas? I'm using Windows XP/Outlook 2002

Thanks!

Manually choose Send/Receive in Outlook or Send All in Outlook Express for
it to give you the error it is running into with the mail server. There
also should be a little icon in the lower left hand side of the status bar
at the bottom of the mail client that you can click on to get the most
recent response when trying to send files.
