Outlook 2002 & Outlook office 2007 contact details

I have 2 laptops one running on XP Pro and Outlook 2002, and another new
laptop running Vista Ultimate and Office 2007 with Outlook 2007. How do I
copy all the contact details (Address book.) from the 2002 laptop to the
Outlook 2007 and Vista laptop. I'm weaning myself on to Vista and Outlook
2007 and using diffener laptop.

I'm not great with copying files and stuff, so very a simplist explanation
would not offend, in fact would help. Thanks in advance.

You can email them to yourself?
My Outlook contacts sync to my cell phone so I can just copy them from my
cell to any laptop via bluetooth etc...can you do that?

What outlook 2002 menu do you go to to e-mail contacts to your phone?

I can send an e-mail from my old computer to my new copmuter. What files do
I need to e-mail to the new computer and how do put them in the right folder
on the new computer.

Go into contacts & select all the contacts...right click & choose to send
the Vcard.
