Sharing pst between Outlook 2002 and Outlook 2007

I've read in this forum there is a format change between Outlook 2002 and
Outlook 2007. I also uderstand that you can configure Outlook 2007 to use
the Outlook 2002 format.

My main system runs Outlook 2002. When I travel, I move several pst files
to my laptop adn then move them back when I return. The new laptop will have
Outlook 2007. Can I configure Outlook 2007 such that it will always see and
write the 2002 format, or will I have to manipulate the laptop before moving
back to the desktop.

Also, what about my contacts? Any special things I should know there about
moving them?

PST files that are already in the 97-2002 format will remain in this
format, even when you use them with Outlook 2007. Nothing to worry
about. Make sure that Outlook is completely closed before you move a PST
file to another computer.
