Outlook 2002 operation failed. object cannot be found

JUst installed new hard drive and reinstalled outlook
2002. When I hit the send recieve button I get message
The operation failed. An object could not be found. I
installed service pack 3 with no result. If anyone could
help I would appreciate it.
 
Really need a bit more info such as a verbatim error message with error
codes
