The KB article is misleading. Outlook 2002 only supports Messenger integration if you're
using MSN Messenger on previous versions of Windows. On Windows XP, only Windows Messenger
is supported (which does not include MSN Messenger 6.2).
Outlook 2003 supports MSN Messenger 6.x (on XP) however.

Has anyone tried to use MSN Messenger 6.2 with Outlook 2002? According this MS KB article

is now integrated with Outlook 2002 but I can't get it to work.
