Outlook 2002 linking error

I somehow lost the ability to use a link in a received message in Outlook
2002. An error message pops up with the title "Installation of System
Software Installer Ship".

The error message reads "Commmand line Option Syntax Error. Type Command /?
for help."

If you use IE as your browser, in IE, click Tools>Internet
Options>Programs>Reset Web Setttings.
