Outlook 2002 from Outlook Express

Hi,

We have had to upgrade our emails from Outlook Express to Outlook 2002. We
have 3 emails on one account (the bit after the @ is the same, we just have
3 different starts). One of the accounts when sending and receiving is asking
for the network password. How can I get rid of this??

Also, is there a way to transfer the emails in Express to 2002? Rather than
having to save them in a system folder?
