Outlook 2002 Encoding

H

When I receive messages in my Outlook 2002, they are encoded in US-
ASCII by default. Is there a way to change the default encoding for
incoming messages? I want it to be set to Western European (ISO).
How do I change this in Outlook?

Thanks,

That is either determined automatically by the message or by your Internet
Explorer defaults. What is your default encoding there?
