If you've got Internet at your workspace you can configure a HTTP or POP3
e-mailclient just like at home. If you are not able to do this at work you
should contact your administrator and verify whether this functionality is
blocked or not. This could be the disabling the functionality of adding
accounts completely or blocking the ports on the firewall which are used for
this kind of traffic.
