Outlook 2002 and email auto suggest?

1 - How do I turn this option on/off?
2 - How do I remove any cached names that could be incorrect over time?

Remove individual addresses from the autocompletion cache by highlighting
the entry when presented in the suggested names list (use your arrow key to
migrate to the entry) and then hitting your Delete key before you tab out of
the field. To clear the entire cache, follow the instructions here:

Turn off the option in Tools > Options > Preferences > Email options... >
Advanced Email options... > Suggest names.

I tried the approach below to clear ALL cache - MS advises searching for
*.NK2 file but I can't find the file! I have show hidden files selected,
etc. but 3 searches turned up zip!??

Did you enable hidden folders as well? The file itself is not hidden, but
is in a subfolder of a hidden folder. The usual path is
%APPDATA%\Microsoft\Outlook

For Windows Explorer, yes. For earching, you have to choose Advanced
Options and check the "Search hidden files and folders" and "Search
Subfolders" options. However, if you've enabled "Show hiddedn files and
folders", just enter the path I stated into the location bar of Windows
Explorer.

I must be an idiot - I did the advanced search and selected hidden files and
folders - search took a long time but still did not turn up the *.NK2 result
put forth in the MS process found at:

What exactly do you see in %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Outlook?
