Outlook 2002 and 2003

I need to sync two pop3 email acounts primarily calendar and contacts. I
know that earlier version of outlook had a feature called "Net Folders"
where I can share thes item over the Internet wiht another Outlook user.
Does the new verion of outlook have a similar feature.
