How to setup Outlook 2007 or 2003 to sync with Exchange 2003

I want's to setup my Outlook 2007 calendar and contracts sync with Exchange
2003. I using Pop3 to receive Email.

POP3 won't allow you to do it. POP3 handles the Inbox only. Talk to your
Exchange Administrator about setting up RPC over HTTP (which, as I
understand it, isn't as easy in 2003).

Thanks for quick reply. Why Windows Mobile can sync calendar and contracts
list with Exchange server 2003 but Outlook 2007 or 2003 cannot? Both are
setting used Pop3 to receive email.

Windows Mobiles does do Over-the-air sync of calendar and contacts, but not
over POP3.

At some point, you attached your windows mobile phone to your computer
running Outlook and synced the information down *or* you've configured
Windows Mobile to sync Over-the-air using Exchange active-sync. I will 100%
guarantee you it is *not* syncing over pop3.

Even if a calendar request was sitting in your inbox and you did a pop3
download, windows mobile will not recognize that item as a meeting request
and add it to your calendar.

Your best best, seriously, is to talk to your exchange admin about having
some mobile access to your email.

You can't sync calendar and contacts with Exchange unless you use an
Exchaneg account. POP accounts handle only mail.
