Outlook 2002/2003

I have a quite extensive set of folders and subfolder for my current email on
outlook 2002. I recently got a new Laptop and it has 2003. I need to
transfer the folders and the contacts over to the new PC. IS this possible?
Will all the rules for sorting still apply? How do I do it? Please help
this is my first time attempting this.

Yes, You can copy the current pst file to the new Laptop(it will give you the
exact folder structure) but you may need to recreate the rules.
