Outlook 2000

updated to MS office 2000, my previous email did not transfer to the new
outlook. What happened to me old email? How do I get it back?
 
If you're in a standalone user all your data is in a PST file. Search your
drive for PST files (if you're using Win2000 or XP they are probably in
hidden folders) and when you find the one you need, open it in Outlook using
File | Open.

Thanks. I tried this but still could not retrieve the emails. I also had
setup sub-folders and they also dissapeared. Any other suggestions?
