Outlook 2000 without "Services" option in Tool Menu

I have Outlook 2000, but inside Tool Menu does not appear the "Services" option. I´ve seen in others Outlook 2000 installations that this option appears, how do I install it?

I believe you need to be in "Corporate Mode".

TOOLS | OPTIONS | MAIL SERVICES
Click the "RECONFIGURE MAIL SUPPORT" button.
