Outlook 2000 vs 2003 Rules Wizard....

I still use Outlook 2000 as the Rules Wizard works, unlike in Outlook XP.
Does the wizard work as well in Outlook 2003? I don't want to upgrade unless
this is so... as well as other improvements!

What doesn't work in 2002?

Well, I haven't tried 2002 for a couple of years now as the rules wizard
just didn't work properly, even when setting up new rules. The newsgroups
then were full of reports of this bug. I reverted back to 2000 and haven't
had problems. So am ignorant if the rules wizard was fixed in 2002 and
improved in 2003.
