Outlook 2000 SP3

Suddenly I cannot delete any item in outlook,
appointments, in-box messages....
I gen an error that states:

Errors have been detected in the file c:/Documents and
settings..... Outlook.PST Quit all e-mail enabled
applications, then use the in-box repair tool.

I do this using SCANPST.EXE, same problem..
I've also done a complete DOS-Scandisk, no problems found.
Can anyone help me??
 
How big is the file?
