Outlook 2000 shutsdown

Frank

I'm having an issue where Outlook 2000 is shutting itself down
automatically. Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to
close.
When you click to view technical information: Error signature Appname:
Outlook.exe & Modname: fldpub.dll

I am on a small 5 pc peer to peer network, using Microsoft Mail. This
laptop has WinXP & AOL 9.0 on it, among other software. They are also
using netfolders to share some info (Calendar, Contacts & Tasks).

I see where fldpub.dll is related to the netfolders.
I've uninstalled Office 2000 Pro and reinstalled. Same issue.
I've patched WinXP and Office 2000.

Thanks
Frank

Probably the same for Outlook 98:
