Outlook 2000: Scanpst.exe - error has occured, scan to be stopped

I got an error message after running Scanpst.exe.
"An error has occured which caused the scan to be stopped. No changes have
been made to the scanned file."

What should I do?

What size is the pst?
If greater than 1.6gb see below
