Outlook 2000 saving attachments

I'm using Outlook 2000 and when I get an attachment I would like to
save it to disk before running it. However, my right clicks do not
give me that option nor do my left clicks. Can I get this done, or do
I have the option of running the file only?

I think if you click on FILE and then SAVE attachment you should be good to
go.

Thanks. I guess I should've looked there, but I figured the mouse
menu would've provided something more than the file name.
