View Attachments Menu

I have recently found a problem with two of the users that I support. If the user in quested right clicks any email that has a attachment, the "VIEW ATTACHMENTS" option in the menu does not display. They are both using MS outlook 2000. The users are able to save the attachments to the hard drive as well as view them by double clicking on the message.

Is there a setting or registry key that will make the "view attachments" option avaiable/visible?

PS, I have other users also using outlook 2000 that has no problem with the "view attachments" "right click menu" option.
