outlook 2000, moving every single sent item to pst at time of send

i know that there are rules to move specific sent items but i want to move
every sent item upon sending to a specific pst folder. please advise. thanks.
 
You can create a rule with no selection criteria. You'll get a warning but
you can continue to create. So, create a rule that acts after sending with
no selection criteria.
 
OK i did that, however I don't want to move a copy to this folder, i'd rather
have it hit the exchange server sent items box and move it to the pst folder.
no copies made. this is to get rid of the "mail exceeds allowable size"
messages from the server. this was set up previously on his outlook but not
by me. thanks.
 
Turn off the option that automatically saves items to Sent Items here: Tools
menu > Options > Email options
