Move sent items

Hi all I wish to move (not copy) e-mails from certain people in sent
items to another folder.

I read :

http://groups.google.com/group/micr...from+sent+items&rnum=1&hl=en#17fbc6dc1e59eacf

That it is possible, has anyone tried this way ? Does it work ok ? And
what happens if the folder i want to move mail to is a PST that is not
accessable at the time i send a mail what will happen if the rule cant
find the PST ?

Or is there another way to do it ?

Thanks

Seehttp://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/sortoutgoingmail.htmfor more details
on the process.

If the pst-file is not accessable at the time the rule will fail and the
message won't be saved but it will be sent.

Thanks will take a look.

Is there a way to get the sent message saved if the PST is not there,
as for example i often dial in or access remotly when i cant get
access to the PST file.

No, only access to a pst-file stored locally on the computer is supported.

or a mapped network drive ?

I going to give it a go, with a test account.

"or a mapped network drive"
No, although it might work, that is unsupported and not recommended practise
by Microsoft.
