Outlook 2000 Issue

E-mail received from a certain sender (friend) keeps going straight to the
deleted folder instead of the inbox. There are no rules set up against this
sender. The domain is @tampabay.rr.com. I can't figure out why. This
started a couple of weeks ago. I have Panda Platinum Security 2005 and don't
see any settings that would block only this address. I even tried shutting
Panda off, but this person's mail still goes straight to delete. Any ideas?
 
Is there a word or phrase in the signature of your friends message that would
trigger it to go to the delete folder?

That's all I can think of right now.
